The overall plan for the Museum is based on the following fundamentals:

· Rotating exhibits of beautiful rare classic cars
· A unique banquet facility unparalleled by any other for many miles
· A conference facility designed as a screening room in Hollywood
· A library with two floors of books, literature, online computers for research and cable provided car shows available for viewing
